*RETURN NOTES* 6/10/17 "Pachuca is a very sweet and very active puppy. She will do best in a home where someone is home all day to help train her to be her best. She is extremely intelligent and was bold enough to bark at a huge wolf she saw on TV. Pachuca has the potential to learn lots of commands and tricks. She is not shy, but is aware that she is a small girl in a big world. She will commando-crawl under beds and furniture, just because she can and she feels a need to check it out under there! This pup does like socks and will take great joy in running off with yours if given half a chance. She will help you remember to use your laundry basket.

Pachuca would do better in a home with young adults or with a family/children that have enough "body awareness" to treat her gently and be careful not to accidentally step on her. (Her current weight is 7.9 lbs.)

Pachuca has been in crate training for nights only, is quickly learning to “sit” for a piece of kibble and will come when called. Chew toys and a little kibble in the crate have been part of her training. This is part of her learning that this is her "happy place.” The door is kept open during the day in case she would like a quiet place to take a break. She really enjoys going on walks and should do well at an obedience training class, where you can bond further. She is spayed and current on her vaccines.

This girl also likes to cuddle on the couch and likes people and other dogs. She should be kept away from dogs that are much bigger than her, just due to the size difference. She will want to play with them, but may get accidentally hurt in the process."

She is one of three cuties, two girls and a boy, siblings, who were running "stray" in Merced and turned into the Shelter. These are happy, social youngsters, tail wagging, clearly having been in a home until they were too big and there were too many - so to the shelter they went. Delightful pups, ready to learn about life and all the good stuff a loving home can provide!

Training, socialization, vet care, quality foods, exercise, stimulation and lots of love and fun! These pups are ready to have loving families who will include them in their daily lives and provide consistency and a commitment for the rest of their happy lives ahead!

$400 adoption fee.
