|Volunteer Notes, By Elle:
As you can see from the photo, Chester has had a hard life. As if it weren't bad enough that someone tipped his ear and left him in a feral cat colony, he also had a serious injury to his eye. When Chester first arrived he kept his distance from everyone and continually picked fights with the other cats. But those days are over as Chester has blossomed into a fully domesticated, interactive, charming, incredibly sweet and loving adult kitty. There's something about Chester that's thoroughly deep and soulful. His quiet demeanor and expressive green eyes have won the hearts of Staff and volunteers alike. His love is super sweet and gentle and there's something spiritual about him. So if you are looking for a kitty you can connect with on a deep level then Chester would be perfect. Chester would love to be the only kitty in the household, but he's fine with other cats as long as they leave him alone. He would do best in a calm, quiet, adult home.
