*Foster Notes* "Osito is great, we love him! He is potty trained and loves going on long walks. He’s truly a lover- all he wants to do is snuggle and be petted. Loves belly rubs, slow scratches, fast scratches, really any form of attention and he’s yours.

Osito seems good with other small dogs, but we haven’t tested him much with the quarantine. He doesn’t seem to be excited about birds (or chickens) but is very interested in squirrels. We would not recommend him with small kids because he does give a warning snap of his teeth if you do something he doesn’t like, ie brush him on his lower back. When he sees us grab the leash he gets excited and smacks his teeth - he is very good at “sit” when he knows a walk is coming. Overall, we adore him and hope he finds the perfect lap to snuggle in. "

This sweet boy is playful with other small dogs and has been living at our Sanctuary with one o two or many - he's one of the good ones! Osito needs a yard and activity in an adult home. needs to run so walks are a must, loves to chew on toys and such. Fetches a ball and anything else thrown.

Best suited for adults that don't live in a social epicenter as he can develop guarding issues and be a bit of an ankle biter. He needs space and respect, consistency, exercise, he is an adorable, enthusiastic little guy who could be great in the right home! He'd do great as a second dog or solo with a fair amount of attention - he is a good little guy, but has been feisty in the past -possessive of his things and space.
