|Foster Feedback: “Champ is a friendly and handsome companion. He is happiest when curled up on the couch with his humans getting belly rubs. Indoors he is an angel and has great house manners. He doesn’t bark/whine, get into food/household objects or have accidents.
At night he sleeps quietly on his bed his in the living room without disturbing anybody. He bonded quickly with both housemates, he loves to walk around and check on everyone throughout the day. He is very gentle with every type of person he has encountered. Champ also behaves well during car rides.
Outdoors Champ needs a bit more patience and training. He is working on his leash pulling, but has improved greatly since we have had him and took the time to train firmly. He gets very worked up around other dogs which leads to him pulling hard and barking very loud. We are not sure if he is being aggressive or playful, but we always keep our distance from other dogs.
Champ is not very toy oriented but does respond well to certain treats and affection. We were told he can jump high fences, so he either needs a home with very high secure fences or be leashed whenever outdoors. We are currently giving him 3-4 walks a day which seems to keep him content.”
At Milo Champ showed to be friendly and playful with other dogs.
